[18.0] l10n_eu_nace : Dependencies

I don't understand why the module need a dependency to partner_industry_secondary
I know the NACE have a hierarchy system but no implementation of that is in l10_eu_nace nor partner_industry_secondary.
So there is no reason to force the use of a secondary industry field.

Look into the res_partner_industry_eu_nace_wizard.py wizard:

def _create_nace_industry(self, nace_data, languages):
    """Creates the partner industry records from the NACE data and adds it's
    translations."""
    nace_ids = self.env["res.partner.industry"]

            nace = self.env["res.partner.industry"].create(
                {
                    "name": nace_name,

                    "parent_id": parent_id,

            )

It is using the parent_id field which is added by the partner_industry_secondary module.

That's how we can get the hierarchy of codes.

There also is partner_industry_parent module which brings this feature. I do not know the difference between the two but according to the module description, I agree it makes more sense to use this one instead.
