LsLib Divine Tool cant be downloaded

Describe the bug
Vortex tells me it needs the LsLIb Divine tool to be installed for Baldurs gate 3. However, when i try to install it with Vortex or even manually add it, it tells me that the Archive is damaged and it can*t delete the output file. I already tried reinstalling Vortex.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Reinstall LSLIb/Divine"
2. Click on "Download'
3. See error

Expected behavior
The tool being installed and ready to use.
