Pull request automatic unit testing + block PRs failing build and tests #1848
Description
Relies on PR: #1804 first to merge in
Once that PR gets merged in, add unit testing step to Github build workflow and enforce checking of build success and unit testing on every PR merging into master + future release/v*.
Can also add for the workflow to create comments on the pull request to showcase unit test results.
