Adding another Voice

Objective

Add a user-facing interface for changing the TTS voice.

Initial Implementation Requirements

• Intent to change TTS voice
• Some validation or configuration for supported voices
• Spoken error if a voice isn't available

Other Considerations

• Almost finished with a second voice option for the Alan Pope voice.
• Will look at more. Maybe try Piper?
• Associated plugin to support installing a plugin/downloading a model if a user requests a known voice?
