TUI improvements

1. If you try to open a job or slurm stdout/stderr log file from a directory that is not the workflow submission directory, the TUI will not find the file. Since that directory is now in the torc workflow table, we should be able to open those files from anywhere on the filesystem. (Same point also applies to the Dash app.)
2. Show the user-data table in the TUI. Let the user scroll through entries.
3. Allow the user to see expanded details about a workflow. Without (1) implemented, knowing the workflow submission directory is critical. All details will be helpful.
4. When on the results tab, allow the user to open the job stdout/stderr log files. This can use the same logic from the jobs tab.
