Merge branch 'gtf-new-pyshifty' into gtf-buildingmotif

build: bump pyshifty to 0.2.7. poetry.lock: modify/delete -> deleted
(uv wins, same resolution as every prior poetry/uv split on this
branch). uv.lock regenerated with `uv lock --upgrade-package pyshifty`
to pick up 0.2.7 (a plain `uv lock` keeps the already-locked version,
same as the 0.2.6 bump).
