Doc: Missing Release Notes

Hi!

When I try to access past records at NVIDIA CUDA Python releases, I notice that many release notes URLs return a 404 error.

For example, https://nvidia.github.io/cuda-python/release/12.6.1-notes.html.

After checking the cuda_python/docs/source/release directory, I found that it only contains:

• 12.6.1-notes.md
• 12.6.2-notes.md

This seems to result in missing release information for earlier versions.

Hi @1chooo, this is a known limitation with our recent doc refactoring. As noted in the new landing page https://nvidia.github.io/cuda-python/latest/, everything that's known as cuda-python is transitioned to cuda.binidngs, so the release notes you're looking for is in https://nvidia.github.io/cuda-python/cuda-bindings/latest/release.html. Unfortunately it is not trivial for us to serve users bookmarking the doc pages when a doc refactoring need emerges. Let us know if you need further help!
