Add proper doc strings all methods

Presently none of the methods have doc strings. Each method should have a proper doc string.

I am a novice coder andthis would be my first contribution to any opensource/project. I see that tharun323 has mentioned workign on this. I do not want to duplicate effort but would love to try and add docstrings to some of the methods I can understand if this is still needed.
