Gooey should be able to create a new team under the Terasology org on GitHub and add a user to it

#8 handles the repo. Need to also be able to create a team, adding the repo x to it along with the user y

Later a separate command should allow adding a user to an existing team (and maybe removing one? Admins can still access)
