Notification not shown when order status updates happen within the same minute #415
Description
When two order status updates happen very close in time (within the same minute), the latest notification may not be shown.
Example:
- Notification arrives when someone takes your order, shortly after you complete your part
- The order changes to Active status in the same minute
- The Active notification is not shown
If maker wait a bit to complete their part the Active notification is shown correctly.
This suggests notifications might be overwritten or deduplicated when updates are too close in time.
