[Typo] Chapter 9-14 do not have yellow highlighting for updated code

Chapter 9-14 have a lot of new code and a lot of updated code. While it's useful for programmers to make sure they read their code and compare against the tutorial. They are missing the yellow highlighting that is found in other chapters.
