[Camp Editing] inconsistent check-box positions under basic details tab

Overview of the problem

Checkboxs should stay in same position (right to text in Hebrew, left in English) relative to text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to camp editing.
2. Navigate to BASIC DETAILS tab.
3. Checkbox is right hand to Child friendly text (In English view)

Expected behavior

Checkboxs should stay in same position (right to text in Hebrew, left in English) relative to text.

Actual behavior

heckbox is right hand to Child friendly text (In English view)
