Existed supplier notification is missing + button clicked event to be modified #1002

This is about the Spark Suppliers module
Description
Enhancement:
While enter a supplier id (company id or personal id) in the input form,
if the supplier id is already existed in db,
it should have a notification of:
"The supplier id is already in the system, click "continue" to edit or type a new supplier id"
Expected behavior
To have a notification of :
1."The supplier id is already in the system, click "continue" to edit or type a new supplier id"
2. The green button "continue" will lead to "edit supplier" screen.
Actual behavior
No notification and no option in this screen to continue to edit a supplier.
