lack of function BoatFly

Describe the bug

I am writing through a translator, please be understanding
the BoatFly function is missing, and people on YouTube have it, but for some reason I don't have it. Minecraft version 1.21.10

Steps to reproduce

1. I didn't do anything, but when I installed the Meteor client, it wasn't there initially
2. I've been watching the official Discord channel, but people don't seem to be experiencing this issue.

Meteor Version

1.21.10.54

Minecraft Version

1.21.10

Operating System

Windows

As of this commit EntityControl now includes Boat fly.
