Describe the feature
Add theoption for attribute swapping with the spear without hitting an entity. This would allow lunge to be used faster, as other items have faster attack cooldowns (e.g., totems, fists, wind charges).

This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)
