Describe the feature

There should be two new modules called Crawl and Packet Swim(or Swim)

Crawl

Self-explanatory. Forces the Player into a crawling state by enabling so;
Can alter how fast the player moves while crawling.

Packet Swim/Swim

Forces the Player into a swimming state by enabling;
Allowing the Player to freely move around anywhere while swimming through air.
Can alter how fast the player moves while swimming.

Before submitting a suggestion

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

The Crawling thing is not as easy as it seems, the server decides if you are in crawl mode or not.

Crawl mode can't simply be "turned on" by sending a packet. You can however use the Speed module to crawl faster.
