如题，每次强行停止CMFA APP后，再打开会提示是否允许通知，不管点是/否，重复此操作仍会再问一次（实际上授权通知权限后，进通知权限的管理页面发现总开关自动又关闭了）
红米k70，hyperos2和3，android15和16，都有这个问题
