Kured changed its manifest url and you seem impacted

Hello,

FYI, kured moved its manifest url from https://github.com/kubereboot/kured/releases/download/$latest/kured-$latest-dockerhub.yaml to https://github.com/kubereboot/kured/releases/download/$latest/kured-$latest-combined.yaml starting with version 1.20.0 (we are not using dockerhub for a long time now).

The file terraform/hcloud-robot/modules/k3s/init.tf might need some adaptations going forward.
