Notification Tab Misaligned

The Notification Tab which includes the bell icon is misaligned in the navbar.

It should be an easy fix but the fix should reflect across all the pages, not just the landing, i.e the home page.

Every page has the bell icon, it's in the base template that every other template expands from.
