3-way conference - twinkle crashes when trying to end

Regarding twinkle 1.10.3, tested on mageia 9 x64:

• Pick one line and establish a call
• Pick second line and establish call also
• Join lines via conference button
• After that, try to end one or both calls

==> This will make twinkle first freeze and after a few seconds it crashes.
Same when one or both calls are ended by distant caller

From time to time twinkle continues running in the background in this case,
while not releasing the lines, and has to be terminated with 'pkill -9 twinkle'

Qt has caught an exception thrown from an event handler. Throwing
exceptions from an event handler is not supported in Qt.
You must not let any exception whatsoever propagate through Qt code.
If that is not possible, in Qt 5 you must at least reimplement
QCoreApplication::notify() and catch all exceptions there.
