Opus codec

Opus codec http://opus-codec.org/ is now available in Asterisk (for quite some time) and working great.

Could it be possible to have it included in our favourite softphone ?

I have now submitted #179 which adds support for the Opus codec. However, I was barely able to test it, so if anybody is willing to give it a try and subject it to real-world testing, that would be most appreciated!

For anyone interested, you will need the libopus library (libopus-dev on Debian/Ubuntu), and the codec build can be enabled with -DWITH_OPUS=ON. Remember to add it to the active list in the "RTP audio" section, and adjust the parameters in the "Opus" tab as needed. Enjoy!

For Ubuntu users, packages including the Opus support in #179 rebased on master can be found in my PPA. Maybe it can help to get more testing.

Would like to see Opus in Twinkle. But is this projekt still alive? Little seem to happen since 2022.
