LogoFX Simple Application is broken

The template for this option is outdated.

1. It points to older versions of the packages.
2. It fails to resolve the Shell View when started.
3. If it has not fakes then there's no need in 'DebugWithReal' configuration, simple 'Debug' will do.
4. The namespaces are incorrect in several projects.
