Kernels past 6.6.61 LTS and 6.9.9 on J4025 CPU - not booting

Typing wsl.exe in console prints 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host' with this kernels. CPU: Intel Celeron J4025. Windows 11. Latest WSL kernel update from MS. v2 instructions set used (bzImage-x86v2).
