[BUG] Dashy ignores hostname attribute when using Glances

Version Dashy version 3.1.1 ✅ Up-to-Date

Describe the problem

I`m trying to setup glances system monitoring. When I enter the hostname, that I need -- remote server, Dashy instead tries to pull data from localhost.

The hostname is reachable.
