Auto detect prefered color theme (light/dark)

Should be able to automatically detect if the user prefers light or dark mode

The darkteheme is currently set in the backend... (not a good system haha) But I think we could do this if we use some form of cookie to handle the theme per user. Then we can use the auto detect feature
