Release schedule and Roadmap

Some early thoughts about a release schedule and roadmap for the next few months.

Releases: make a 0.14.x release in the next couple of weeks. Thinking about a release every two months.

0.14.0

• Pivot towards "duckdb for node tables, ladybug for rel tables" vision.
• Foreign table push down for both joins and filter/orderby/limit
• Generalize Parquet backed rel tables to any columnar data structure
• Create graph/use graph - bring in GQL like concepts.
• C++26 clean code base

0.15.x

• Complete the pivot to duckdb. duckdb node table + ladybug rel table should be as optimized as native
• Foreign table: make joins + filter etc work. The optimizer is too restrictive right now
• Consider other neo-parquet formats (vortex, lance etc through duckdb extension ecosystem)
• Support GQL like schema free open graphs (ANY)
• Switch CI to C++26 ready compilers (stretch goal)
