I am on the Box_to_shape branch and want to run the code. Which command do I use first? I tried webapp.py but that does not work. Any suggestions?

To test the code:
Step 1: Open Visual studio interface,
Step 2: Open the folder where the project is saved
Step 3: open "Box_to_shape"
Step 4: open the Terminal tab and check if you are on the right branch: Liverpool John Moores University\Documents\TreeDetection>
Step 5: launch the code by calling the web interface with: "python webapp.py"
Step 6: open the browser and past the local host address ont the address bar: "http://127.0.0.1:5000/"
Step 7: click on Choose file and it will open a file browser.
Step 8: Browse to the folder where the Tiff file is save and click open
Step 9: click on "Upload"
The code will run in batch
Step 10: when it's finished, the output file will be in the folder: "Treedetection/outputs/stitched_output.tiff
You will find the big sititched file, JSON file and CSV file of each bounding box GPS ID and coordinate.

I ran the python webapp.py
and then get the following:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'flask'

Flask is the module used by the code to create the web interface.
The error means that Flask is not installed in your current Python environment.
How to fix:
Open your terminal (Anaconda Prompt or Command Prompt) and run: pip install flask
After installing, restart your application the error will be resolved and your Flask web interface will work!
Run python webapp.py and follow step 6 to 10.

I did the pip install flask and that went fine.
I did python webapp.py
and get this:
