No module named 'halo', even though it's installed

Visual Studio Code and IDLE don't see module "halo", which, i guess, is being used.
The module is installed in the same folder as all others modules, i checked everything. Only Visual Studio Code and IDLE don't see it.

This sounds like it might be which python interpreter the editor is using (and whether or not that copy of python has access to wherever you installed the app dependencies from requirements.) If you used a virtual environment, and are launching from the command line, you might try activating the venv first then launching the editor from the cli. HTH
