Request: Remove Headers Option

Hi
First, thank you for creating the script. 

I just thought maybe you could add an option to detect if ROMs have headers (NES 1.0 or NES 2.0) and remove them
(to match No-Intro set)
(I have not found a tool or a script that could batch detect then remove headers)
