Can't seem to load profile automatically

Is this a bug or just a missing feature?

WiinUPro is the best software when it comes to using a gamecube controller because it has the best joystick and analog trigger ranges, the only issue is that it gets tiresome to load my gamecube controller profile every single time i want to use my controller.

On the controller tab > options >default profile

I select my gamecube profile (I've been using WiinUPro for a while, before it came with its own basic gcn profile)
But it doesn't seem to do anything???

No matter what i do, i can never seem to get the profile to load automatically even though the custom name loads just fine, what can i do about this?

This is likely an oversight for game cube controllers because normally the controller ID is used for profile loading and also since there are 4 sub controllers in the GCN adapter it likely doesn't map cleanly anyway.

Can you upload you custom profile? I tried replicating this behavior on my own but haven't reproduced the issue.
