Add tutorial (Jupyter notebook) on revisioning schemas and migrating datasets

It would be nice to add a tutorial on this, but this is not essential.

This can be added to examples/tutorials/5. Revisioning and migrating datasets.ipynb or placed in a separate file.

The tutorial can be developed using our public Jupyter server (http://sandbox.karrlab.org/tree/obj_tables) or by running a Jupyer server locally (see example https://github.com/KarrLab/wc_sandbox/blob/master/deployment-instructions.sh).
