Solver support for Pose2z #589
Description
New variable type Pose2z, Pose2 plus z offset, i.e. [xyz theta].
Includes implicit decision on naming z as vertical for world frame variables. I take that as okay, with no visible risks on blocking or changing any number of applications. We may well later add other variable types such as Position3h for homogeneous coords (#590).
