Now that the package has been moved to JuliaMath, would it be possible to register the current version `v0.3.4`? It solves the long-standing issue with `Interpolations.jl` compatibility - see https://github.com/JuliaMath/NumericalIntegration.jl/issues/47 and https://github.com/JuliaMath/NumericalIntegration.jl/pull/46
