CameraView - use multiple times in separate popup

Describe the bug
I'm testing the CameraView component in a popup.
The first time the popup is used, everything is working fine.
The second time the popup is used, the camera is not working.
Debugging learned that the 'Handler' is null the second time.

To Reproduce
(Popup) page with a button to open 'scan popup'.
Use that button twice to open popup with cameraview.
The first time you use the button, it works fine. The second time not.
Once you switch in the application to another root page, and you come back to this one. It works again.

Expected behavior
The camera should always start.
