There was no discussions regarding finalizing 1.2.0 release yet. I believe we could make that release soon if there is a release manager volunteer (see releasing docs).
That said, JanusGraph makes a new release per each commit as specified in the documentation: https://docs.janusgraph.org/advanced-topics/commit-releases/
Currently the latest commit release is 1.2.0-20260702-155205.bf657c2
