(feature) use the JSON data from website's repo for fetching events instead of setting it manually

**Describe the feature you want to propose**
Currently the data for events is stored in a JSON file in the website repo https://github.com/jiitodc/jiitodc.github.io/blob/master/static/Data/events.json. This can be used to fetch the data for the upcoming event command instead of setting it manually. This will avoid duplication of efforts as the data will have to be changed only at one place
