Add example of setting emissions

This question was posed by Brian ONeil - "can change emissions from R interface". While we have an example of how to solve for unknown emissions, it might be worthwhile to including an example where we change emissions.

Adding to that, if one runs GCAM with different scenarios, and produces various emissions pathways, how can we access the full set of hector outputs? Trying to find the outputs of the ocean component (e.g., pH) in the Model Interface, but I don' think there is a suitable query. Any ideas?

Hi @NatasjaF, yes right now ph is not available through the model interface (that is something we could talk to the GCAM team about adding) however if you navigate to gcam-core/exe/logs there will be a file called gcam-hector-outputstream.csv which will contain Hector results from the most recent GCAM run.
