This stems from a question posed in an email from J. Dumortier, where he increased LUC uptake by a small amount and looked at the difference in global temperature and saw that it increased for SSP245. When I did some more runs with the same setup I also saw some odd behavior in some of the carbon cycle variables.
This first plot shows the default ssp scenario in black, whereas the colors result from the run with increased luc uptake.

Differences between the increased luc uptake and baseline scenarios for SSP2-45 looks odd...

I am unsure if this is a bug, but I am posting for awareness as it might be related to some of the NBP issues. It may be of interest to @abigailsnyder
