Add Support for various styling options

This issue aims to enhance the styling capabilities of StartEase Frontend by adding support for various styling options. Currently, the project is limited to CSS Modules styling method, and introducing flexibility in styling will allow users to customize the appearance according to their preferences and requirements.

Proposed Changes:

• TailwindCSS Support: given the rapid growth and love for tailwind it is imperative for the StartEase CLI offers support for tailwindcss. It is also the go to styling method for many frontend developers.
• Sass/SCSS Support: Add support for Sass/SCSS syntax for those who prefer preprocessor-based styling.

Expected Benefits:

• Increased Flexibility: Users can choose the styling approach that best fits their project requirements.
• Improved Developer Experience: Enhanced styling options lead to a more intuitive and efficient development process.
