[BUG] Barely visible product tags on packages/bundles pages with AS highlighting enabled

Expected Behavior

The tags for the products you already own should visible and readable even with the AS highlighting enabled.

Actual Behavior

With the AS highlighting enabled the different tags for the products that you already own from the package are illegible. They blend too much with the background.

Example Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Open AS settings, switch to the “Store” tab and make sure highliting for the items you own is enabled
2. Open any package or bundle page for the game you own, like https://store.steampowered.com/sub/1252652/
3. Observe the tags row for products shown under “Items included in this package/bundle”
