Missing content on DevEx site

Issue description

The Tutorials page on the DevEx site appears but contains no actual tutorial content. It only shows a placeholder message (“Coming soon”). This makes the section look incomplete and doesn’t offer any guidance for new developers who want to start building on Cardano through the Developer Experience initiative.The Tutorials page is a key entry point for new devs. Having no content reduces onboarding quality and creates friction for newcomers exploring the ecosystem.

Proposed change

It would be helpful to either:

1. Add an initial tutorial (e.g., “Getting Started with Cardano Developer Tools”),

2. Add a simple structure or template for upcoming tutorials, or

3. Hide the Tutorials page until content is available.
