Hi Ausbonn, I'm surprised because it should already function like that. In my test it still works. For example I have an alias webmaster@... for my mschering@... mailbox. I have configured this alias in E-mail -> Accounts -> Aliases (Maybe you don't have it here?). When I reply to a mail that has arrived via the webmaster alias it also selects this as the sender when I reply. Best regards, |

Hi Merijn, Okay, it's valuable information that it's already implemented. I will investigate a bit more to see where the problem is on my side. What you describe is exactly what I need! Yes, the aliases are configured as you mention. E-mail -> Accounts -> Aliases. Best regards Randolf |

To be honest, I am completely new to GroupOffice (installed one week ago). We started using it as a family after previously using Tine Groupware.
GroupOffice runs like clockwork. Even my wife is happy with it, which is the most important thing. We always have a lot of appointments, so having a good calendar is essential for us. The calendar is great! Using Google, MS or Apple is no option for us.
However, I am having "problems" with the email client. If this issue is addressed in the documentation, I apologise, but please could you let me know?
I have several email aliases, all of which are set up correctly in the email client. Sending emails with one of the stored aliases works fine.
However, I have not yet found a way to make the mail client automatically select an alias. Would it be possible for GroupOffice to automatically select this alias as the 'sender' when replying to an email sent to an alias?
Best regards
ausbonn
