Investigation Person Roles, Ontology info not saved

Hi,

finally I'm filling-in ISA-tab files with real data from my PI experiments.
For those interested - the ISA-creator works but you have to use older java version.
However there are problems with ISA-creator.

In INVESTIGATION CONTACTS section there is place for Investigation Person Roles.
The problem is that when I set Investigation Person Roles using selected ontology, say EFO appropriate information is not added to all Investigation Person Roles Term Accession Number and Investigation Person Roles Term Source REF.

For example, I have four people, and for each I set Investigation Person Roles and the result looks like that

Investigation Person Roles	"data analyst;data analyst;data analyst"	"investigator"	"investigator;submitter"	"investigator"
Investigation Person Roles Term Accession Number	";;"	"http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/EFO_0001739"	";"	"http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/EFO_0001739"
Investigation Person Roles Term Source REF	";;"	"EFO"	";"	"EFO"

This could not be corrected by editing investigation file manually in text editor - after reopening in ISA-creator the corrected fields are overwritten by information like above or similar.

I'm afraid this issue could be true for all fields where ontology terms could be added.

So I kindly request a help.
