Add an analytics page

Create a new page for an analytics dashboard

• Use Google analytics and built-in Analytics
• Make sure you can see trends and cumulative data (i.e. this calendar year, this month, the past year, etc.)
• Should have information on # of datasets, # of datapoints, # of active accounts, # of registered accounts

Created base analytics page, need to add time periods to the analytics so you can see stuff such as "past 30 days". @jorvis this is something that will need a parameter in the API script you wrote.
