pyright error: inference_util is not a known attribute

Not really a bug but a static type checker error

Thanks for the hint. Due to cyclic imports, inference_util needs to be separated from other modules. Not sure if we can do anything about it

I think I found a solution using from typing import TYPE_CHECKING. Will add this in the next version #656.
