Add project status lifecycle states

Problem

Projects are treated as always active. There is no support for archived, deprecated, paused, flagged, or removed projects.

Suggested fix

Add a project status field and UI behavior for each lifecycle state.

Acceptance criteria

• Project status is visible on cards and detail pages.
• Discover can hide or filter inactive projects.
• Admins or owners can update status where allowed.
