[SVG] Simplify SVGs

• Remove exotic namespaces
• Remove unused / exotic attributes
• Add a way to remove transform from paths. (Apply the transforms, maintain the position of points, and remove the transform node). The transforms have to be cascaded/applied to inner nodes.
