Break hbgd into sub-packages

It has been proposed to break the hbgd package into sub-packages. I've been thinking of doing this as well.

Here are 4 proposed packages:

• hbgdData: data loading, checking, variable labels, meta data, etc.
• hbgdModel: apply models
• hbgdVis: summary visualization methods and trelliscope methods
• growthstandards: WHO and INTERGROWTH growth standard calculations, as well as unit conversion functions and growth curve vis methods

The hbgd package would still exist but would just be an empty shell that loads all the other packages. Ideally someone loading hbgd would be able to operate just as before.

So, re-export each method? Similar to ggplot2::arrow is grid::arrow?

Thanks for taking the initiative @hafen.

As an hbgd neohpyte, it would be extremely helpful if you could quickly list out which of the R files (e.g. plot_compare.R, analysis_want.R) fit into each of these four categories.

@hafen - just to keep you updated. It looks like the continuum team is being nudged in a different direction for the time being so there's no longer urgency / impetus from our side.
