When using Pocket or Rough and there are at least two depths of flat surfaces to carve, it only uses some multiple of "Step Down" (and even then, sometimes it makes it smaller than prescribed, probably another bug) and does not get to the desired depth.
Example file: did not find a combination of Rough / Pocket to be able to carve the cylinders to the desired depth (the round square opening can be done on the flipped part, for example)
