Any page with "Defer offscreen images"

What happened?

When you hit any of the next/image recommendations, it'll link you to https://nextjs.org/docs/basic-features/image-optimization which no longer works, as you get a 404.

What did you expect?

Either a link to the app https://nextjs.org/docs/app/getting-started/images or pages https://nextjs.org/docs/pages/getting-started/images router documentation, which results in a 200 page.

What have you tried?

It's hardcoded translations, so I haven't tried anything.

We've reached out to the Next.js team to find someone to own updating these stack pack strings. Until then, some of these links will continue to be dead. Removing as 13.0 blocker.
